THE PANTRY RAID: We will go through all the food items in your cabinets, fridge, and pantry and practice reading each food label to determine what is really in your food, if you should be eating it and why. We will discuss how certain foods are getting in the way of your goals. After the raid I will send you alternatives to the items that need to be gotten rid of.
Approximately 1.5 hours
THE PANTRY RAID PLUS: Package A plus a written review of your present diet, lifestyle/diet goals, and necessary changes to achieve a healthier way of life.
THE COMBO: Package A and B plus a trip to the local supermarket of your choice. During the market trip I will "teach" you how to shop healthy and more importantly, how to break the old food shopping patterns.
Approximately 2.5 hours (can be completed in 2 sessions)
We will come to your house for a 2-hour "Pantry Raid"
Pantry Raid includes the following:
1. Pulling samples from the guest's own cabinets, pantry, and refrigerator
2. Choosing "good" and "bad" samples and providing explanations of ingredients and and nutrition labels.
3. Up-to-date research presented on artificial sweeteners, oils/fats, High fructose corn syrup and other additives
4. Question and Answer session
5. Three custom workshops to choose from
Grocery Store Tour
Aisle by aisle, a team member will help you to make better food choices, show you how to read labels, introduce new ingredients, pick out healthy on-the-go options, answer your food and nutrition questions along the way and provide grocery shopping and meal planning tips.
Assessment of your current eating habits and information, tips and tricks on how you can make your eating habits better.
Do you have a recipe that mom used to make that you would love to make healthier? I can alter most recipes. Lower the sugar, or fat, and calories. You send me the recipe, tell me how you'd like it altered and I will do it and send you the new recipe.
