Salmon Cakes
Ingredients
10 oz cooked salmon
1/2 jalepeno, minced
1/2 tsp dill
3 slices of whole wheat bread, dried and crushed
1/4 cup egg whites
- Mix everything together. (If it's too wet add more breadcrumbs, if it's too dry add some more egg white)
- Form into patties (I used a jar lid covered in plastic wrap)
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through flipping once (mine took about 10 minutes)
