The Possibilities of Pudding




Simple, healthy, low calorie dessert.  Those words aren't found together very often are they?  I always bounce around with my favorite dessert.  For a month it will be fruit with cream, another month it's broiled bananas, another month it's something else.

My new favorite dessert is pudding.  Simple packaged pudding.  It's light in both calories and feeling, it's quick and it's really easy.  Best of all?  You can customize it to your liking.  Jello makes 8 different flavors of fat free, sugar free pudding mixes.  Jello's sugar free, fat free pudding has 80 calories in 1/2 a cup and even if you add 2 tablespoons of Fat Free Cool Whip you'll only add 15 calories.  So, for 95 calories you get a pretty substantial, yummy, cheap, easy dessert.  There's a different flavor for every mood.  I've listed some of my favorite flavor combinations below.
