Diet Challenge Week 1: Eat Clean Diet

Sorry I've been MIA most of this past week.  I've been spending time with my best friend and her boys.  So, it's week 1 of my diet a week challenge.  For the first week I've decided on the Eat Clean Diet.  

Diet History
"Oxygen Magazine columnist Tosca Reno wrote the Eat-Clean Diet based on her personal experiences with weight loss. Before she discovered how to ‘eat clean’ Reno was overweight at 200 pounds and lacking energy after giving birth to three children. Do's and Don'ts

  1. Eat only food in their natural state.  Ketchup, mustard, mayo, all off limits unless homemade.
  2. Eat breakfast every day. 
  3. 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, spaced out every 3 hours

Friday 10/05 -- Chive and Cheese Souffle
Saturday 10/06 -- Carrot Soup
Sunday 10/07 --  Salmon Caesar Pockets
